Fun with Perl and gnuplot

Grabbed a bunch of sequences (substrates for protein kinases of various classes), pulled out some peptides and counted up amino acid frequency at each position. Compiled a copy of the latest gnuplot snapshot (no problems at all), read up on stacked histograms and whipped up some perl to generate input and output files. Throw the album package into the mix and you get a little gallery of plots in no time at all. See below the fold for an example.
